MDOT is proceeding with the advertisement of the Airport Parkway project for a Concessionaire to develop, construct, finance, operate and maintain the project through a long-term concession agreement.
The Concessionaire procurement process will consist of the following: | | | - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) advertisement and selection of Short Listed Responders
- Release of draft Request for Proposals (RFP) to the Short Listed Responders and written comment period
- Release of final RFP to the Short Listed Responders
- Short Listed Responders' submission of Detailed Proposals
- Selection of the Best Value Proposal
- Negotiations and signing/closing the Concession Agreement
